FAVORITES OF THE MONTH: APRIL

NAILS

Starting off with nails, I've been really loving lilac/purple nail polish because of the spring effect it gives off. Since my skin is more on the pale side, pastel polishes in general avoid the contrasting look of the skin and nail colors. I currently own both Essie and Sally Hansen's pastel purple shade of nail polish, and they both work wonderfully :)

HAIR

As I've owned this particular product for a few years now, I simply can't get enough of it. This Moroccan and Argon Oil spray always leaves my hair extra soft and smelling delicious without weighing it down! It's very inexpensive and can be purchased at any local drug or retail store, so I highly recommend this one!

BODY

Hello sun, hello skin redness. I'm one of those type of people that no matter how many hours they spend in the sun, they simply. don't. tan. at. all. My skin tends to get on the red side as opposed to a sun kissed glow, which is why I found this Victoria's Secret Leg Shine to be very useful! Apart from sunscreen (which I finally bought!), I rub this bronzer all over my legs and arms to give myself an even tanned look. On top of getting the job done fairly well, it smells lovely!

MEDIA

Okay, so I recently got myself into filming a few YouTube videos for my channel (subscribe!!!), and I can say that I'm really enjoying it so far! It gets me distracted from the stress I always carry because of so much testing and school and boys everything, which is great haha. I hope I can keep it updated as best as I can to maintain my viewers/followers happy!

MUSIC

Annnnnd now to the music! I remember listening to this song sometime last year and it leaving me full with emotions I didn't even know how to explain hahaha. Katy Perry's song, Unconditionally, is something I like to listen to when I'm in the mood for relaxing or even having deep thoughts about life. You know you have those kinda days too, don't lie. It's a beautiful song, you should listen to it sometime.

ACCESSORIES

STAY AWAY FROM TOO MUCH SUN. But if you can't find a way to avoid it, then wear a big floppy hat! I love these type of hats because they look so adorable, and they also work as protection. Even though someone may call you a witch or tell you that the costume designer from Coven called and they want their hat back, yoooooou keep walking along with your fab hat and fab outfit and fab self. I feel like I've said this before but oh well I'll say it again because we all need to be reminded that we are marvelous.

MAKEUP

You know that dewy look you get when your skin is super hydrated? I love that look. And as I love it so much, I thought- why not attempt to achieve that look everyday? Of course, I still moisturize and hydrate my skin, but Benefit's High Beam complexion enhancer is the perfect addition to make the skin noticeably dewy. I actually got a few of my hooked onto this product- they'll never let it go! (I know you just thought of Frozen, I know.)

HEALTH

I love products that are versatile. Coconut oil is such an amazing creation, honestly. I use it for baking, cooking, as a hydrating hair mask, shaving cream (oil), etc. etc. It's so helpful and beneficial to have at home, you can do almost anything with it! And notice I said almost.. don't try to use it as lotion because it will obviously leave your whole skin greasy and sticky.
