Ahhh, the crop top and pencil skirt combo.
It's amazing how such a simple collab can give practically any human being the potential to strut the streets with an immense amount of elegance. Over the past few months, celebrities such as Selena Gomez, Vanessa Hudgens, and Beyoncé, have been spotted sporting the sophisticated look, and may I say they look pretty damn good in it. Many may say that it's basically just wearing a dress with a cut on the upper ab area, and while joining those people, I'd say that the statement is pretty true. But that doesn't take away the love I have for the ensemble. Part of the reason why I love fashion so much is because we all have the ability to start with something basic, and incorporate other pieces to create a statement of who we are or what we like. With such fad, others decided to add their own little twist to the look and switch up the colors of specific elements.
Kylie, Lauren, and Kim went for the same trend, and as we can all see, didn't stick to congruent shades. I especially adore Kim's choice of hues in the outfit above, as it's a very pastel spring-y look.
