12 LOOKS FOR SPRING

Saturday, February 22, 2014

For today's post, I've gathered 12 appropriate-for-spring looks for you guys (straight from polyvore, thanks polyvore)!

1. White jeans! Yes, white. Don't be afraid to wear them! If paired with appropriate colors, they can really compliment your body. Unrelated topic- this look reminds me of chocolate.
Purchase

2. White jeans can also be paired with light (or dark) denim tops and bare colored heels. I can picture a messy bun to go with this look, as well as loose waves for a more chic look. To be honest, white jeans go with pretty much any color, which is why I happen to love them oh so much.
Purchase

3. Taking a bit of inspiration from Burberry Prorsum's SS14 show, I chose to combine colors I thought I would have never combined before. A mix of colors can always produce beautiful outfits for any season, it all just depends on the shades of them. I personally think this look in general just yells out spring, and I'm completely in love with it.
Purchase

4. This cute little mouse grey-colored skirt is the perfect match for sky blue flats and a nude bag. A white cami/cutout top can be worn with this look.
Purchase

5. Light denim for me is another one of those must-have spring colors. This strap dress is combined with a cream colored over the shoulder bag, a nude nail polish, and metallic/rose gold sandals. Add a bow to make the look extra adorable.
Purchase

6. This second Burberry Prorsum SS14 inspired outfit is aimed towards those end of winter/beginning of spring days. The salmon colored lace trousers are my favorite piece from this look; so cute! This look can also be worn with a simple white cami tucked into the trousers.
Purchase

And for those of us who just can't leave the house without wearing something black, don't worry, I've got some spring looks for you guys (including me) as well.

7. The oversized tee, boyfriend jeans, and ankle boot look is my number one pick for a casual yet different ensemble for spring. It looks simple, laid back, and looks good on pretty much anyone.
Purchase

8. Playsuit and sneakers- who could say no?! I love playsuits for the spring because when it comes to going out, I don't have to worry about picking out a top to go with bottoms, or vice versa. The sneakers just give the outfit a comfortable feel, which I'm all about.
Purchase

9. Another boyfriend jean-look, this time, with espadrilles. Again, keeping it light (material wise), simple, and relaxed.
Purchase

10. This is where my obsession with ripped jeans enters- I couldn't leave them out! For spring, you can style them with a lightweight long sleeve with simple print/patterns, along with a pair of your favorite sandals. And of course, a rosy and sweet-scented perfume.
Purchase

11. And the leather pants. Woohoooo. This look is for the cool spring days, as leather pants would be a huge no during hotter days. Who said you couldn't wear monochrome looks during a season that's known for vivid colors? Well whoever did, don't listen to them. You work that monochrome girl.
Purchase

12. Solid colored playsuits are a gateway to being able to pair them up with more fun and decorative pieces. In this case, we have a floral shoulder bag. While the outfit is black from head to toe, the addition of the pink and green Givenchy print becomes distinctive and attracts attention.
Purchase

And with the last look, I end my post here. I hope you guys liked the outfits and find some inspiration within them. Happy Saturday xx
